This article lists the known issues currently identified across the system ahead of go‑live.
Its purpose is to inform all stakeholders transparently.
All issues listed below are planned to be resolved in an upcoming hotfix, unless stated otherwise.


Global issues

ATA Carnet Desktop 


Carnet list takes a long time to load

  • Issue : Opening the carnet list takes a very long time to load
  • Workaround : None
  • Resolution : Upcoming hotfix

Carnet is not updated if NICS update it via draft status

  • Issue : If a NICS issue a carnet, change status to draft, update it and issue it again, ACD still have the old informations
  • Workaround : None
  • Resolution : Upcoming hotfix

ATA Carnet Customs


Carnet is not updated if NICS update it via draft status

  • Issue : If a NICS issue a carnet, change status to draft, update it and issue it again, ACC still have the old informations
  • Workaround : None
  • Resolution : Upcoming hotfix

Role column is empty in excel export

  • Issue : When exporting into excel the list of users, the role column is empty
  • Workaround : None
  • Resolution : Upcoming hotfix

User has only error page if another user edit it

  • Issue : When an customs admin edit an customs user and the customs user is logged, he can see only error page
  • Workaround 1 : Close and open browser
  • Workaround 2 : Clear all cookies
  • Workaround 3 : Force logoff via url https://customs-[id].atacarnet.iccwbo.org/Account/LogOff
  • Resolution : Upcoming hotfix
