This page presents the currently known issues and limitations within the project. It is updated regularly based on support requests.

Issue: Transit close cannot shared via the ACD portal

Impacted users: ATA Carnet Desktop Holders
Description:
It is currently not possible for a holder to share transit close from the ATA Carnet Desktop.

Workaround:
Sharing is still possible through the ACA application on Android and iOS.

Status: Deployed

Issue: Issued Carnets are not visible in the history section

Impacted users: Chambers
Description:
The issued Carnets without transaction are not visible in the History section on Core

Workaround:
None

Status: Deployed


Issue: Attachments cannot currently be viewed via the ACD portal

Impacted users: ATA Carnet Desktop Holders
Description:
It is currently not possible for a holder to view attachments from the ATA Carnet Desktop.

Workaround:
None

Status: Deployed 


Issue: Item selection in ATA Carnet Desktop has issue with big Carnets

Impacted users: ATA Carnet Desktop Holders
Description:
Sometimes the item selection is not working for some items

Workaround:
You can use the free text-field on top and define your selection as on the paper carnet (i.e 1-600, 603, 605-606)

Issue: Travels with shared transits cannot be edited

Impacted users: ATA Carnet Desktop / App Holders
Description:
It is currently not possible for a holder to edit a travel with a transit that has been shared.

Workaround:
Delete the travel and create a new one. 

Status: Will be deployed in the next hotfix 


Issue: Error when exporting large user account lists

Impacted users: Customs Administrators
Description:
When exporting a large list of user accounts, the system may return an error and the export will not complete.

Workaround:
Reduce the size of the export by applying filters (e.g. by organisation or user type) and export smaller batches.

Status: Will be fixed at a later time 


Issue: Scanning the QR code return invalid values

Impacted users: ATA Carnet Customs
Description:
In some edge cases the QR Code scanner seems to interpret the QR Code improperly. The root cause has not yet been identified

Workaround:
Input values manually

Status: Will be fixed at a later time


Issue: Column Issued by is empty for carnet issued by the NGA

Impacted users: ATA Carnet Core
Description:

When the carnet is issued by the NGA, the column "Issued By" is empty. This is only an issue on the UI, the data are corrects.

Workaround:

None

Status: Will be fixed at a later time


Current known limitations

Issue: Holder account cannot be deleted via ACD portal

Impacted users: ATA Carnet Desktop Holders
Description:
It is currently not possible for a holder to delete their account directly from the ATA Carnet Desktop.

Workaround:
Account deletion must be performed via the ATA Carnet App.

Status: Will be fixed at a later time
