Your username is your official or professional email address, which is provided by your Customs authority.
How is my account created?
User accounts for the ATA Carnet Customs (ACC) portal are not self-registered. They are managed through a hierarchical administrative structure:
- Requesting Access: Customs personnel requiring access should request an account from their internal Customs administrator or regional manager by providing their full name and professional email address.
- Activation Process: Once the administrator creates the account in the system, you will receive an automatic email invitation to log in and create your password.
- Whitelisting: To ensure you receive this invitation, it is recommended that your IT department or email server whitelist the sender address:
atacarnet-support@iccwbo.org.
What if I forget my username?
If you are unsure which email address was used to create your account or if you have forgotten your credentials, you must contact your local Customs administrator, as they have the authority to view and provide your username to you.
