In the ATA Carnet Core (ACO), chambers (NGAs/IAs) only have access to detailed information for validation transactions. For other transaction types (e.g. Exportation, Importation), only a summary view is available, so the “Details” button is not shown.
This is intentional and aligned with the paper ATA Carnet system:
- Chambers have access to the counterfoil, which provides a summary of the transaction
- The voucher (full declaration details) remains with the Customs authority
- In the digital system, the validation transaction corresponds to the green cover in the paper carnet
Even though the system technically holds all data, ACO applies this controlled visibility model to ensure consistency with established procedures and proper data governance.
