Here is how you can prepare this specific travel and resolve the limitation you are experiencing:

1. Preparing a Travel for a Single Item

The system is designed to allow you to select only a subset of your goods for a specific trip.

Create a New Travel: In the ‘Travels’ tab, tap the ‘+’ button to start a new declaration.
Select the Specific Item: In the ‘Declared items’ section, do not select all. Instead, select only the one item you are physically carrying as carry-on from your General List.
Save: Once that single item is added, tap ‘Save’. The app will generate a unique QR code specifically for that one item.

2. Why you might be limited to "only one" travel

If the app is preventing you from creating a second travel declaration, it is likely because your digital carnet has exhausted its allocated balance of transaction sets (vouchers).

Voucher Consumption: Every time you prepare a travel in the app, it consumes 1 'set' (e.g., one Exportation/Importation pair) from your carnet’s total balance.
The "No code remaining" Error: If your carnet was issued with only one set of vouchers and you have already prepared a travel for your other goods, the system will block you from creating a second one for your carry-on.

3. How to Resolve the Limitation

To prepare your second travel for the carry-on item, you have two options:

Option A (Delete Unused Travels): If you have prepared a travel by mistake or one that has not yet been processed by Customs, you can delete it. This will immediately "top back" the voucher set to your balance, making it available for your new carry-on declaration.
Option B (Request Additional Sets): If your other prepared travel is already needed for the rest of your goods, you must contact your Issuing Association (Chamber of Commerce). They can digitally allocate additional transaction sets to your carnet, which will then allow you to prepare the extra travel for your carry-on.
