In the ATA Carnet Desktop (ACD) portal, the roles Holder Manager and Holder serve different purposes.
Holder Manager
The Holder Manager is the administrative role for the company account.
Beyond the normal Holder role functions, a user with this role can:
- access the Accounts section,
- create, invite, and manage other users linked to the company,
- oversee the carnets linked to the company and their status.
Holder
The Holder is the operational role for users who need to use carnets in the system. A user with this role can:
- access and use carnets linked to the company,
- download carnets to the ATA Carnet App (ACA),
- prepare travels,
- sign declarations digitally.
